TurkeyPropertyPro exists to give international buyers the same quality of advice a Turkish family would get from a trusted cousin — plus the language, tax and paperwork bit sorted.

I founded TurkeyPropertyPro after seeing too many foreign buyers pay above market or sign contracts they didn't fully understand. Today I personally oversee every client journey — from the first WhatsApp question to handing you the keys.
Based in Istanbul, I work with Scandinavian and European buyers every week. My job is to make sure you never feel like a tourist in a transaction.

Represent the buyer, never the developer. Every unit on our shortlists has been physically inspected by a senior advisor. Every developer we recommend has a minimum 5-year track record and clean title on the project.
